BIOGRAPHY
Working in Retail has taught me many skills that carry over into my personal life. Retail can be chaotic and furthest from routine. It has helped me enhance my organizational skills to work through various obstacles and aide other junior leaders to identify opportunities to enhance their organizational behaviors. Through the years, I have taken many joys in the journey of training others. So much so, I am currently going through our leadership training process which puts my store and leadership team in position to be the Districts training location.
I am a father of two young children. Olivia, who is five years old and Carter, who is three years old. I love being a father and all the joys that come with it, which entails Saturday dance and acrobat class for Olivia and Junior Soccer practice for Carter. I enjoy time on the golf course and I strive to continue to grow as a golfer as I am a six handicap. Teaching my children to golf is my current hobby to establish a sporting bond that will, hopefully, last forever.
I am a hard-working individual who loves organization, growth, developing others, and teamwork. I enjoy participating in team events and team activities to engage with others, learn behaviors, adapt to change. Leadership has always been a part of my DNA as I see leadership as an opportunity to get a team involved in a common goal with different opinions, chemistry, and objectives. I look forward to continuing to grow as an individual and as a leader.
