As an independent attorney operating a small boutique practice, I am personally invested in each and every case I accept. While some firms may hand their clients off to paralegals in order to keep up with the overflow, I personally oversee every aspect of my clients’ cases. From the very beginning, my clients know what they can expect from me as well as what I may expect from them. I also make a point of keeping my clients informed by personally providing clear communications and regular updates throughout the entire legal process. It is this approach that has helped me to gain the respect and trust of my clients and colleagues throughout Buffalo and Western New York.
